Guy Salens, owner THE PACK “Electric Motorcycle News”: “I am pleased and honoured to announce that THE PACK “Electric Motorcycle News” will become a media sponsor of the Reload Land festival in Berlin (June 24th – 26th). This is the first dedicated festival for the electric motorbike community. Reload Land will showcase the best of the world of electric motorcycles, e-scooters, e-bicycles, and custom rides. Around 20 exhibitors and up to 5000 guests are expected.”
Maximilian Funk, organiser: “Reload Land is The First European Motorcycle Festival and of course … 100% electrified. The event will attract a wide variety of like minded futurists and will be a creative hub combining business and fun, powered by electric engines. Because silence doesn’t kill emotions!”
Reload Land is the platform for the movers and shakers of the fast-growing electric motorcycle industry and anybody who is interested in exciting electric rides. The perfect opportunity to network and showcase new electric concepts and production rides in one of the world’s most cutting-edge metropoles.
Stephan Lindenfeld, organiser: “New brands will be visible for the first time making their way from the online world into the real world and will come together as the new stars of an exciting new movement. One of the highlights of the festival will be a curated selection of custom electric motorcycles. The festival will offer the right mix of exhibitions, presentations, and test rides in a vibrant location. Not only for the open minded motorcycle enthusiasts but additionally a curious urban audience.”
Guy: “It’s already 5 years that I publish about electric motorbikes. I was laughed at in the beginning, people mocked at me and it was always a surprise how people reacted on social media … Today it is better because more and more electric cars are popping up in the streets. They are leading the way and in its stream, the 2 wheelers are getting more and more attention. People are starting to see the benefits too: no noise, no exhaust, no leaking parts, no heated engines. That’s why I really I am convinced that you have to show this new e-industry to the world. Reload Land is the perfect place to discover what is happening right now.
The festival is starting its journey through Europe in Berlin at a very authentic two wheeler paradise known as the craftwerk.berlin – Europe’s largest motorcycle community garage. The showground will be both out and indoors at the Craftwerk location, spreading over two levels inside, covering together over 3000 square metres.
On the 25 June there will be a Silent Ride through the city ending at our partner location Deus Fountain Berlin to glide into a party with electronic music on a perfect summer night.
Reload Land – The future is today -so let’s celebrate unique new rides in a vibrant location and dive into a new world of two wheeled mobility. Save the date in your calendar! Craftwerk.Berlin is a DIY motorbike community garage. The Craftwerk Community was founded in a small garage in Kreuzberg, Berlin, and soon grew rapidly in numbers. Experience shows that sharing tools and space is worthwhile as it tends to create an interesting network of people with infinite ideas. Today, you can find Craftwerk on an industrial site in Lichtenberg. Their goal remains to build a strong community of members who support each other, share knowledge and train their craftsmanship.
