She is known for tripping up just as the world’s cameras are pointing at her.
So when Jennifer Lawrence turned up to the Cannes premiere of a film called Anatomy Of A Fall last night, she made sure the risks were, if not eliminated, significantly reduced.
The actress, wearing a flowing red gown with a long train to the murder mystery, had swapped her heels for a trusty old pair of flip-flops.
Ms Lawrence, 32, was also pictured kindly being led down the stairs at the Palais des Festivals on Sunday.
In 2013, the actress was filmed putting her head in her hands after tripping up the stairs on the way to collect an Oscar for Best Actress.
Earlier that year, arriving at a pre-Baftas dinner in London, she tripped and lost a shoe.
And at the 2014 Oscars, she buckled again, falling to the floor on the red carpet.

Earlier in the day yesterday, Ms Lawrence attended a photocall for her new documentary, Bread And Roses.
The film, which she produced, explores the lives of three women in Afghanistan living under Taliban rule.
She said the documentary was “born out of emotion and necessity”.
JLaw wasn’t the only big name strutting the red carpet at Cannes. Irina Shayk, Alicia Vikander, Gigi Williams and Naomi Campbell all turned out for the premiere of Jude Law flick Firebrand.
